School Holidays

Everybody is happy when the school holidays  start but eventually, we end up getting bored at home. Often, we spend hours doing the same thing which is mostly, switching through the same apps on the phone. Instead of getting addicted to these applications and electronic devices, try out some of these interesting stuff that you can do during the holidays!

1. Organize a huge water fight with friends.
Tell them to bring all their water guns, invest in some of those water balloons and have fun playing with them in a garden.

2. Crash at friends house
Sometimes a change of scenery can make all the difference.

3. Organize movie marathon nights.
Pick a theme like the Terminator series and watch the whole lot in one sitting.

4.Grab a friend or two and go hiking.
Cycle to the beach  for an afternoon of swimming and tanning. You can even go skating. It's great exercise and fun.

5. Exchange Books
If you're an avid reader, exchange favorite books with your friends and read them. You'll get to know them better!

6. Cook with your friends
Cooking is a fun way to interact. You can meet-up at someone's place and bake a cake or some cookies and eat them with your favorite movie.

7. Learn a new language
Invite your friends to your home and learn new languages using interactive mobile phone apps like busuu or duolingo.

8. Do some wonderful science experiments!
This will help you learn with fun

9. Get socially active
Don't waste time switching through apps on your phone. Create a blog, write a story or make youtube videos! You can also do these with a bunch of friends.

10. Start Campaigns
Visit a church or any donation fund and start a campaign. Use social sites and your friends to bring the change or raise volunteers!

Hope you liked my first blog post. I'm new at this so ignore mistakes, if any. Also let me know how you feel about this post!
